About the Course Creator:

In my decade+ of experience working as a mental health practitioner, the topic of boundaries has come up so often and made such a meaningful impact on my clients that I felt called to create something I could share more widely. This material began as a half-day live “Boundaries Boot Camp” and was expanded into this course to make it more accessible. I have worked with hundreds of clients in settings ranging from community mental health to public education to my private practice, and I can confidently say that this works.

I hold two graduate degrees from Columbia University, and my work has taken me all over the world—from Ecuador to Uganda, Nicaragua, Washington, DC, Denver, and New York City. Now based in Bend, Oregon, I combine spirituality with evidence and logic in a trauma-informed approach to healing. Whether through clinical settings, consulting, or education, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering womxn.
