Coaching

One-on-one coaching is a powerful way to support your journey.

Coaching provides a supportive container for a season of work around an important issue. With focused, timebound support, motivation is high to achieve goals. We all tend to do better with some structure and accountability, and coaching provides exactly that.

Individual coaching works with the content from the Intuitive Boundaries Mastery Series, diving deeper into concepts, and exploring what feels the most relevant to you. Work with Robin Arnett directly to:

  • Practice setting boundaries in your real life, with the help of expert support and guidance.
  • Explore the roots of any blocks to boundary setting that you experience, and execute a plan to confront those blocks.
  • Learn about yourself, strengthen your motivations, and celebrate victories.

Making an intentional commitment to yourself through individual boundaries coaching will truly change your life. Boundary setting is one of the most important and impactful changes you can make to completely overhaul your relationships, your self-esteem, and your mental health.

Working with Robin

Working with me is different from what you may think of when you hear the word “coach.”

My clinical experience means that I bring a trauma-informed lens to everything that I do, and my background as a social worker means that I see everything that we go through within a “systems lens.” I put a strong emphasis on how we interact with capitalism, the patriarchy, and white supremacy. All of that will come up in our work.

My time spent in clinical settings also means that you can trust my skillset and experience. I’ve worked with a highly diverse group of clients over the years, including high-achieving professionals, and people struggling with severe and persistent mental illness. My particular areas of focus have been sexual assault and abuse in relationships, and my specialties as a clinician are EMDR and Internal Family Systems.

I know my stuff. Because of that, I’m able to identify the deep roots to what you bring to the table.

Coaching is different from therapy because we focus on a specific topic in a time bound setting. Coaching is highly collaborative and goal oriented. You’ll be expected to complete homework, and come prepared   for your sessions. What’s more, by investing up front, you have “skin in the game,” which makes it much more likely that you’ll follow through on the work.

When you make a commitment to coaching, you set a powerful intention. The effects of that intention  will  reverberate throughout your life. Nothing makes me happier than empowering people and watching  them grow. I’d love to hear from you for a consultation, where we can talk about what kind of coaching  package would work best for your needs and desires.
